Abstract:
Presents the results of a study for the Food and Nutrition Service of USDA in 1986. The study had two phases: (1) a description of exemplary targeting practices, and (2) a demonstration of these practices at six local WIC agencies. Discusses benefit targeting and conducting a focus group, and contains samples of print materials.
