Abstract:
The primary focus of this review is the performance by the intermediary of nutrition teaching behavior and the impact the performance of the behavior has had on the students' knowledge, attitudes and behavior. Intermediaries include elementary and secondary school teachers, school food service personnel, and nutrition and health professionals and paraprofessionals.
